At Silicones Are Us, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

If you purchase from our website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

• You must notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel your order.

• Once cancelled, you have a further 14 days to return the items.

• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging unless they are faulty.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or receiving proof that they have been returned).

• Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

• Bespoke, custom-made or personalised products are non-refundable unless they are faulty or not as described.

Items purchased in-store are not eligible for a refund simply because you have changed your mind.

However, if a product is:

• Not fit for its intended purpose

• Not as described

you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please retain your proof of purchase, as this may be required when processing your claim.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include:

• A replacement product

• A repair (where appropriate)

• A full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances
