Dispatch

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment.

• Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• During exceptionally busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we will always work to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Estimated Delivery

• Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 1–2 working days for UK mainland addresses.

• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, such as courier delays, adverse weather, or peak seasonal demand.

• You will receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched. Where available, tracking details will also be provided.
